On swiping left Excersise is 1 of 4 apps but it has lost the running person icon. When selected it say excersise in the middle of the screen with a glowing red pulse in the background and nothing else happens. I cannot run the app and have to wait a while before the clock face reappears. How can I uninstal or reinstall the app?

Hi @JP-113 - unfortunately exercise is not uninstallable.
First try holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
If this doesn't fix it the only option is a factory reset. Be careful doing that as it can fail.
If you do start it from the settings menu, make sure it is charged and and don't touch it for 5 minutes to allow it to complete.
You will need to set it up again after so allow plenty of time.

Thanks. I ended up doing a factory reset and re-pairing and set up. That went very smooth compared to when I first set it up.
