Hi @Kfarrow. Welcome! It's good to have a new member around.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for updating the Fitbit app. I'm sorry that you're having this experience with your new Sense and I'll help you out with this matter. Just to confirm, do you mean your skin temperature data isn't syncing? Or is the issue with the baseline not being calculated yet? Also, may I know the model and OS/version of your phone? Please provide me with these details so I can further investigate on my end. Also, if possible, take a screenshot of any error message displayed and attach it to your reply as described here.
I'll look forward to your reply.
Best AnswerHi Lizzy,
I have not got a baseline temp at this point. I have not received any error messages.
My phone is a Samsung galaxy s10+ and the model number is in picture attached.
I have had the sense for 1 week tomorrow.

Best AnswerI have the same issue and I just noticed too that if I go Health Metrics and look at Skin temperature it says: "No Recent Data, update Fitbit device to latest firmware and wear it to sleep." I am on firmware 44.128.1.42.
I’m having this problem too. Just like awesmdiver it says no recent data. I received my watch about 5 days ago and it has never recorded skin temperature. My phone is an IPhone X iOS 13.7
What should I do?
Hi everyone. I dont have any solutions, but mine was the same. It took about a week and then the temp data started appearing. I dont think I did anything to make it happen. I think it just took its time.

Same here 😞 my Sense recorded my skin temp on Wednesday only and then hasn't recorded it again since. I've done factory reset on the Sense, I've tried deleting the skin temp recording it took on Wednesday but I can't get the info to actually delete, I've even tried uninstalling the Fitbit app on my phone and reinstalling. Nothing has worked yet. I have my phone (samsung galaxy s9+), sense and fitbit app updated as well.
Best AnswerAfter day 3 my sense said my skin temperature was -0.4 degrees and the next day it said it was -1.9 degrees
After 7 days, skin temperature base line data showed up...here is what I did, decided to tighten the strap by 1 notch, went to sleep and the next morning, base line data was recorded....will continue to monitor.

Hi everyone. It's great to see you participating in the forums.
Thanks for your continued reports and for every step tried prior to posting. Before anything else, let me explain that you'll need to wear your Sense consistently and it can take 3 days or more to measure your baseline. You can find more details about how your Sense tracks your skin temperature here.
Best AnswerHello,
I have had my Fitbit for 2 weeks and randomly today it is not registering my skin temperature. I will check tomorrow morning but not sure if this is common for the Fitbit to glitch? Also, I noticed the days I workout, the heart rate chart when I click on some points will show a random spike in my HR at roughly 1:30 AM to above 140. I tested it the other day by checking my zone heart rate chart in the morning before I worked out. There were no spikes and it was pretty consistent throughout the night. I then worked out a couple hours later and checked my zone heart rate chart and it showed the same spike again at 1:30 AM. With that being said, I’m assuming it is a glitch as I have read other threads about it. And my other heart rate chart when I click on it shows a consistent normal heart rate all night. Just wondering if Fitbit planning on working in these glitches?
Thanks,
Sal
I also have a question related to the use of the Fitbit app. I have a suspicion that some electronic devices negatively affect the condition of the skin. I read on the Internet that radiation from electronic devices contributes to the rapid aging of the skin, as well as the occurrence of redness and itching. I'm not sure if this information is reliable, but I decided to turn to a skin specialist for advice since I constantly use various gadgets. The doctor advised me to undergo a prophylactic full examination, now I am waiting for the results.
