Any ideas on why this might be? I've got latest versions of app etc. Have I missed something in set up?
I've always loved fitbit over any other smart watch. I'm really not feeling it with this one yet.

I just got my charge 5 and that feature isn’t working. Customer service chat is not helpful.

This issue does seem to happen between different devices but you should check the Charge 5 area of the community.

I am having the same issue with my skin temperature and other metrics (the breathing rate and the heart rate variability). Also my sleep time is not being registered properly. I got this Fitbit from the "All Of Us" Wearable Study research. It came from them/you and it's not working right so that means the research I'm trying to provide isn't there. It's very frustrating.
