My Fitbit Sense tells me i have to "Unlock with your phone'. How do I do that?

Hi Steve I had the same problem but still can’t unlock my watch I can’t find device image. Can you help please?

@Sophea if it's not showing in your list of devices it means that it's no longer connected to your account and this unlock process won't work. I suggest contacting customer support via contact.fitbit.com who will need to walk you through a factory reset procedure.
