Since your Sense is no longer paired to your phone, I suggest to perform a factory reset by following these steps:
Take in consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.
If the above doesn't work, please feel free to contact our team back for further assistance. Since you have reported this matter to our Support Team, please note there's nothing left we here in the community can suggest other than reaching out to our team again

Thanks for letting us know your device is not paired to your Fitbit account anymore.
Removing the device from the account is something we only recommend in some specific cases. By doing so you might not be able to re-pair the device. With this fact in mind, I'll recommend to get in touch with the customer support team as soon as possible, so they can provide you with the next steps.
