How do I unlock my Sense?

My sense screen seems to be locked. I had tried 10 second reboot.   Any advice please.  Claire

Hi there, @cfgod. It's good to see you again. Thanks for the details shared in your post and for restarting your device prior contacting us. 

 

If you enter an incorrect PIN code 10 times, you're prompted to unlock your Fitbit device with your paired phone.

 

To unlock your device with your phone:

 

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab then your profile picture then your device image.
  2. Tap Device Lock.
  3. Find the option to reset your PIN code.
