I can't unlock my Sense's screen. I put in my password and nothing happens. Tried to disable the lock from the app and it shows that My Sense is too far even when it's right next to my cellphone

You could try logout and login of the App, return to the home screen without closing the App and follow the popup to reconnect.
If that doesn't get you connected enough to solve the problem there is also the option of restarting the phone and watch which might work to get you sorted.

It sounds like the Sense has lost communication with the app.
Does the tracker sync @Raquelgomez
Please do not remove the tracker from your fitbit account.
I would follow the steps for a non syncing tracker.
