I've been getting low Stress Management results for the last week, much lower than previously, but nothing has really changed in my routine. When looking at the Stress tile, my Exertion balance score is the thing that's reduced substantially from previous weeks from 35/39 out of 40 down to less than 20 out of 40.
The explanation for the results show that a mix of Steps, Weekly Activity and 'Fitness Fatigue Score' are the metrics used to calculate the Exertion score.... I am still exercising the same number of days /week and getting about the same number of steps/day.
So... my question is - what exactly is a Fitness Fatigue Score? And how is it calculated?

@RoE24 All the information on the stress score can be found here. Unfortunately, Fitbit does not explain how the fatigue scrore is calculated. They probably use a proprietary algorithm. I think it would be benefitial to see this score separately in the app, I agree. Perhaps you could post this idea on the Feature Suggestions Forum so others can vote for it as well?

Hello @RoE24 Welcome to the Community Forums! @Marrrmaduke I really appreciate your input!
As @Marrrmaduke mentioned, the only available information for stress management can be found in the link provided. The score ranges from 1 to 100. A higher score indicates that your body is showing fewer physical signs of stress.
More than 10 factors tracked by your Fitbit device make up your score. These factors are broken down into 3 categories:
- Responsiveness: heart-rate data and electrodermal activity (EDA), if available, to assess if your body shows signs of stress.
- Exertion balance: impact of physical activity on your stress level.
- Sleep patterns: effect of sleep duration and quality on your stress level.
If the response given by @Marrrmaduke is the one you were looking for, I recommend marking the answer given as the best answer. By doing this, other users with the same inquiry will be able to find a faster response.
See you around!

Hi. Happy Valentine's Day. I'm wondering if you could at least explain what Fitness fatigue score measures. What are the other data points that get calculated to go into fitness fatigue score? I don't need to see the score separately, but I would like to know what measurements it uses to come up with it. Thank you very much.
