I have been wearing my Sense for 2 full weeks now and have not been able to get any health metrics other than heart rate. I've tried logging out of fitbit and rebooting my phone. I've logged back in and they are still not working. How do I get this to work?

If you have an Android phone try
In Android phone Settings * Apps Fitbit Storage - clear cache [not data] Force Fitbit shutdown [though it doesn't seem to fully] Log back in to the Fitbit app
*Quick Shortcut: Press and hold the Fitbit launch icon, then App info [on some phones] |
For an iPhone - reinstall the app, and setup your notifications again.
