I’m wondering if anyone knows how long it takes to get a replacement. I returned my new Fitbit sense on the 8th of February, they got it on the ninth, how long does it usually take to get a replacement.

Hi @Jandihinch time on replacements seems to vary and right now the weather is impacting things across the country. When you return a device, it first has to be logged into the warehouse and then it gets checked over to be sure all the components are there, as well as the proper return authorization.
