Hi 👋🏻
I upgraded my watch and sold my sense. I’d removed sense from my phone entirely, and sent to buyer.
She has done the ‘holding down button’ to reset several times but it just takes her back to my home screen.
How does she wipe my info so she can use it?

It's completely understandable to confuse the restart process with a factory reset. Let me guide you through the steps to factory reset your Sense:
On your device, open the Settings app, tap on About, and select Factory Reset at the bottom of the menu. Once she has done this process, she can try to do the set op once again. For instructions, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?
