I just bought a FitBit Sense from a garage sell and I am liking it a lot and figuring it out slowly. What I can't seem to figure out is how to sync up my Sense with my Spotify. Before I did the needed update, I saw an icon for Spotify but now (after the update) I no longer see anything like those icons before. Is there anywhere I can go for help with this? An AT&T store since I have service with them? Or does anyone have any positive help with these?

Hi and welcome to the forums @sbethanyw.
Thank you for taking the time to share with me all this information regarding your Sense.
As a friendly reminder, this option is only for music control. Please take a look at the following help article: How do I control music on Spotify?

Hi @sbethanyw - in addition, as already mentioned by @ManuFitbit on the Sense there is built-in Music Controls (by default quick double button press).
There are advantages to use this method for controlling any music playing on the phone.
It can be used anytime regardless of what is being used on the watch and can adjust the volume.
The Spotify app requires you to stop what the watch is doing to use it and requires Spotify premium to use it and may not always work if not properly connected.
