Hi, @Minky1510, the setting you are looking for is on the online dashboard. Click the gear wheel in the top right corner>settings>scroll down to "Sleep Sensitivity" and select normal/sensitive. Return to the dashboard page & sync the app on your phone. You may find this article useful How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device? You probably know that the device interprets arm movement as "steps", a restless nights sleep does get you some steps but not that many. How does my Fitbit device calculate my daily activity? explains in more detail.
I hope this helps.
Cheers
