Black screen missing data too many floors

I didn’t like when it started counting hundreds of extra flights. It was annoying when my sleeping data no longer showed my heart rate for sleeping even though I am paying for premium. But now a few minutes after charging my Sense won’t even turn on the screen. The button vibrates like normal but nada. Really beginning to regret this purchase and I used to love FitBit. But it’s frustrating that these issues keep happening and nothing is being done about it.

I'm having the same problems. Floors are way too high and the screen won't stay on for longer than a second or two. I can still feel vibrations as well. I'm wondering if there was a faulty update

Even worse is that the customer support is of no help. Many of us have paid for additional Fitbit warranty and their responses are lackluster to say the least

Hi, @MissCoz welcome to the community, I suggest you "restart" your Fitbit Sense as demonstrated in this video. DO NOT DO THE FACTORY RESET. Bear in mind data does not appear immediately for overnight records but will appear after the second or subsequent "Sync".
