I have ways used fitbit and I have always loved my fitbit. Since I got the Sense I have never been so disappointed. It does not track my stairs at all. He said I do 100 stairs a day when I barely did 10. The charge is not what it promised. The charge time id also not what they promised. I have alled customer serves and they just say it is what it is. Biggest waste of money. If they don't change something they are losing a customer who actually buys products and membership.

Hi, @Lisadwalker , welcome to the community, it's a pity you are having a problem with your Sense. The issue over "Floors" is a bit complicated, you may be interested in this third party article Fitbit floors climbed not accurate? Here's what to do. So far as charging your device this article Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? provides some guidance and advice. You can edit some of the data How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities? explains. I do not pay much attention to the "Floors" data (I live in a Bungalow) and in any event, the data is not used for anything else.
