I’m suddenly unable to charge my sense. Nothing has happened to it. I didn’t wear it for a couple of weeks and the battery died. When I connect it it doesn’t charge and when I press the button it says 0% and then blinks with a white line across the screen and goes black. Has anyone else had this happen?

To charge your watch again:
Make sure you use the charging cable that came with your device, as most cables aren't compatible with other devices.
Check the alignment and try reconnecting your device to the charging cable. For more information, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
If your tracker still doesn't work after a restart, contact Customer Support.
