Hi,

 

Every other day almost my fitbit sense does not want to sync with the fitbit app on smartphone (Huawei pro). I have to pair again, loosing all information of last unsynced period.and a couple of hours later I can start again. It helps if I charge the battery but currently I am at 70% battery 😞

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Sannesannesanne. Thank you for letting us know that your Ionic doesn't sync with the Fitbit app on your phone and that that you have to pair again. 

 

I understand how frustrating this could be. Does your Sense appear as unpaired when you try syncing it? How often does this happen? Have you followed the instructions of help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
