Sense will not power on

I shut down the sense a few days ago with 43% battery life.  Tried to power on the watch 3 days later and it will not power on.  When phone is shutdown does it still use battery life?  could battery just be drained?

I do not have the charging cable with me.

Sometimes watches use battery life when they are off. They don´t use the same amount but they use some. The battery of your watch could have drained. You will need your charging cable to confirm if the battery of your device completely drained.
