Sorry, but I never know what people mean by "hard reset".  I know restart  and factory reset.

And can you be more specific about "I can't do"?  Meaning you don't know how, you try it and nothing happens, you get an error message, etc?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

@Ceverson - If by “hard reset,” you mean taking it back to factory default, then please don’t do it!!  It can cause many problems. Perhaps you are looking to do a restart?  You can find instructions for that here.
