Please help my sense is not charging for 2 days now

Hello @yvilde
Look closely at the four pins that are on the bottom of your charger. Are they dirty or have any debris that needs to be cleaned off. Also look very closely at the four pins and make sure that none of them accidentally got pushed in. They all should look even like the image below. If any pin is bent or pushed in the charger will not work. Look at the back of your Fitbit Sense and again wipe away any dirty or debris. Please remember if the battery is depleted your sense needs to be on charge for an hour or so before it shows signs of life.
