I get zero difference with normal or sensitive sleep setting

Has anyone noticed zero difference with normal or sensitive sleep settings when using Sense? Everyone talks about a massive difference.. I get no difference and I don’t sleep well. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app, forgotten devices in Bluetooth and reset to factory.


This is also my second Sense, as the first one was telling me I was getting cardio while resting. The new one isn’t doing that, but said I got no cardio on my heaviest cardio day last week. Cheap Walmart heart monitor said I was 140 at average and got up to 163 for peak. This device just turns out more disappointing at every turn. Hey Fitbit… you listening? Update your devices and app please, this thing doesn’t work!

first it takes 3 days before it normalize to your heart rate so don't expect any accuracy until then.. Now as far as sleep sensitivity what your looking for in the graph of your sleep is it shows every time you tossed and turned every time you where partially awake how does it show that those little tiny red dots and the red lines in the graph if I believe correctly normal sleep sensitivity only shows your larger awake times not the tossing and turning. Secondly I have found it records my sleep better with sensitivity on others haven't. Here the big kicker you have to have 3+ hours of continues sleep for the graph to show up correctly other wise you will get a generic graph  let me explain further i usually put in 5 hours for sleep time it records i sleep about 3 hour and 19 minutes because majority of people don't fall asleep the moment their head hits the pillow so out of the 5 hours takes me like 45 minutes to fall asleep i toss and turn and wake up randomly i go use restroom all this is taken into account as not sleeping. hope this info helps you some have a great day.

Watch has been on for more than two weeks, so longer than 3 days yes. Thanks for explaining the bugs that need to be fixed in this rushed, unfinished product. Hope Fitbit listens.
