Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.
USA: call (877) 623-4997

@Converse  customer support can be reached in a variety of ways. Online chat, phone, even twitter. If you want help from the community, we'd need to know more about what is going on in order to point you towards the right help article.

@odysseyThe watch is 100% dead pretty self explanatory 100% DED that means nothing about it works or responses it has 0 functionality nothing else to explain about it correct? when it was bought how it was used non of that is relevant only the fact that it 100% DED.
But if you feel more information is important to give an absolute direct link to customer support which I have seen moderators do before: The watch only used two or three times it is exactly 100 days old the screen is black does not charge & does not vibrate when holding side button down no matter how long it held down doesn't soft reboot no matter how long button held down is & it simple a rock with a band attached.(Yes it been placed on charger nothing shows on charger either it is DED) Now I hope that helped get the giess of what a dead watch means. So when people try to get hold of fitbit on twitter and get no where and when people call multiple times and get no where and when they ask community for help and get no where a Moderator come on says hey we see you tried here a DIRECT LINK TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT I want that LINK.
