Hi @Robi1945 - you should sync the watch (to not lose data) and do a button factory reset.
You can chat via the Fitbit App, Help & support section, Contact Customer support for help with that.
It is a good idea to make a note of the names of any clocks or apps and any special watch or app settings you use before the reset or replacement if necessary.
If you are using the older V3 version of the Fitbit App don't update it or reinstall it.
