Inaccurate heart rate on Sense

I see other threads on this but so far I see no answer from fitbit..

I have had days that it recorded almost 600 active minutes. I will be sitting down and look at my Sense and it shows a heart rate of 120... I do work out almost everyday but I can't tell by these readings if it is effective or not.

Other times it seems to read correctly. But the bad readings seem to be getting worse.

I have considered changing to a apple watch but the battery life on those or less than a day. I want to monitor my sleep too.

Is there a fix for this or do I need to throw it away and go back to my Charge?

Thanks

Hi @krash57  - the heart rate should measure your sleep fine. It's only when exercising is it normally an issue and no fix has appeared.

A Versa 2 may show a more accurate heart rate.
