Firbit Sense Battery Life and charge problems

I used to have a Fitbit Versa 2 and never had any issues with the battery life or charging connection.  Since I bought the Sense, by battery lasts about 1 1/2 days with all of the added features off.  Additionally, I connect it to the charger and I constantly get a slow charge message.  I have moved onto different USB charging ports and plugs, but this has not gotten any better (actually worse).  I have cleaned the pins and sensors, but nothing has changed.  How can this issue be fixed?  I would have thought the higher level model would work better, but this is very poor.

I've had this happen to me too, I think it has something to do with the age of the charger.  Something in the charger may not be giving it a secure connection.  There may be something wrong with the wiring of the charger that we're not aware of.

Just got my Sense this spring and today it won't charge. The charger snapped in place on the back of Fitbit but won't charge. Changed outlets and changed the plug. Nothing. Any ideas?
