I used to have a Fitbit Versa 2 and never had any issues with the battery life or charging connection. Since I bought the Sense, by battery lasts about 1 1/2 days with all of the added features off. Additionally, I connect it to the charger and I constantly get a slow charge message. I have moved onto different USB charging ports and plugs, but this has not gotten any better (actually worse). I have cleaned the pins and sensors, but nothing has changed. How can this issue be fixed? I would have thought the higher level model would work better, but this is very poor.
Best AnswerI've had this happen to me too, I think it has something to do with the age of the charger. Something in the charger may not be giving it a secure connection. There may be something wrong with the wiring of the charger that we're not aware of.
