Sense lost wallet

My sense suddenly keeps saying I have to configure my wallet even though I just used it in a store. I tried several things as syncing (many times), updating, removing the card in the wallet and uploading it again. But no luck jet. What to do?

Hi, @Shell76, I suggest you try a "Restart", hold the side button for about 20 seconds and release it when the Fitbit logo appears. The clock face should reappear in about 35 seconds. If this does not work delete the Fitbit app (after syncing) from your phone and reinstall it. Look at the Fitbit app and disable any battery-saving function, look at your phone's Bluetooth and forget the "Sense". Now set up your "Sense" again with the app on your phone.

While not directly relevant to your issue you may be interested in Fitbit Pay Bank & Transit Support List and What should I know about Fitbit Pay? which provide background information.

Yes! I removed my sense from te app and re-installed it. Then I needed to set up the wallet again. Now it works! Thanks!
