Inaccurate readings in app and Sense not syncing

Too many inaccuracies and problems syncing. I thought after 10 years and a few upward moves I was getting the best of Fitbit World. It’s turning out to be a huge field test!

Thank you for sharing this information about what you've been experiencing with your Fitbit Sense. 

 

Before considering other options, could you please provide a few extra details about the problem you're experiencing with the inaccuracies you mentioned earlier and the syncing process? 

 

In the meantime, make sure to try all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems as well.
