Hello everyone,
i have an issue with my fitbit sense; my resting heart rate is way of: about 10 bpm above my real resting heart rate. I have a resting heart awake at rest between 55 and 64 but my watch keeps giving me 68 to 74 bmp at rest. It’s reading my heart beat properly though, just not updating the resting heart rate.

@Enoriel, the Resting Heart Rate is not a dynamic metric that changes with your current heart rate, but is a calculated number based on algorithms within the app. Check out the help article on "What's resting heart rate?" at this link:

Hello,
I know that the resting heart beat is not a dynamic metric.
