Irregular rhythm notification banner in Fitbit app

I have a fitbit sense and since yesterday a banner in the heart rate monitor dashboard appeared. You can imagine how scared I got. 

Well when I clicked on tap to see your history" it I ended up on an regular Infopage and a message said that I have no notification. My Sense did not give me any weird alarm and when I look at the notification in my app I don't have anything other than notifications from 2018 😵😵😵.

I started a chat with support. I reinstalled the app. Switch everything off and on at least 5 times and I got zero support from them. The only result of that conversation is that if on my wi-fi I get Error 1006 EVERYWHERE. So any time I try to tap on the menu for Irregular rhythm  I get 1006, when I tried to access this forum 1006, when I tried to stat a new chat 1006. 

Can anyone support?
