Is ECG app available in canada now?

I bought Fitbit Sense on 17th February 2021 . When tried ECG app , its taking me no where!

Should i return it or wait for updates!

It should work, try restarting both watch and phone.

@Sims24   You say that you bought your Sense on 17 February.  I suspect that it has the firmware from when it was manufactured.  The current firmware is 44.128.4.17.  If you don't have the current firmware, then you should get it in 24-48 hours.
