Last night my sleeping heart rate jumped from the 80’s to nearly 160 a d stayed there for a couple of hours. If this spike is real, would I even be alive to post about it? The corresponding sleep stage was deep, and the oxygen variation was a flat line.
I can’t figure out how to post the screen shot. Any experience with what would cause such a crazy reading?

Hello @Lwdwv and welcome to the Help forums. I believe that your Sense wasn't in good contact with your wrist during that time. You don't want it too loose or too tight. Sometimes it's just hard to find that sweet spot.
