Is the Versa Lite the same as Sense?

I have a Versa Lite, is it the same as Sense? I bought at an auction, looks brand new, had nothing in box other than watch. Had to buy charger, won't come on. Was going to replace battery. I've saw batteries, and I've saw posts that say batteries can't be replaced. So, can they or not?

Hello @MleeBuis and welcome to the Community.  The Versa Lite is very different from the Sense.  The Versa Lite was released in 2019 and is a very bare bones Versa series model.  Some users have been able to replace batteries in some older models, like the One and the Surge.  Generally, you can't replace the batteries.

Hi @MleeBuis - if there is a problem it is generally not the battery that needs replacing firstly.

A watch not charging can be due to it needing cleaning more thoroughly, or a cable or watch fault.

An incomplete sale is most likely a faulty watch.
