Issue with text messages..emails..phone call voice

My text messages and emails  are not coming through..

Phone calls only 2 came through and the volume was all the way up and it still was not loud enough 

I'm so disappointed with Sense also. 

I have a charge 3 and that would have to be reset fir text messaging all the time too.

I was hoping Sense would be better

Hi @SunsetRunner what type of phone are you asking for help with? 

Have you looked at  this help doc. And maybe the android help guide.

I have a Samsung A51 phone.  I am reading he "this is help doc".  Will continue to read.

I did restart my phone and the texts are coming through.  Need to work on the emails and phone calls
