Sense Fitbit won't  unlock .I dont have the "Device Image "option  on my profile  to access  where I can unlock  .Please help

Presume the unlock is done on the phone

In the phone Fitbit App

Click on profile photo [top left]

Device photo [middle left]

Device lock
