Can the Sense remain turned off while I wear it? I'm traveling with little access to charging, want to have my Sense turned off, on my wrist, and remain turned off until I turn it back on.

This indeed switches off the Sense, but my question is about preventing it from switching on again, which it does every time after 10 to 30 minutes, possibly when it feels my wrist moving. This drains my battery.

To turn your watch back on, you press and hold the button until you feel your watch vibrate. You must be hitting the button long enough to turn it back on.

Your question is interesting and makes me wonder if my Sense is defective if the default behavior would be for the watch to remain off. This is certainly not what my watch does: it sometimes switches back on while i'm typing on my laptop, hardly moving my wrist (and certainly not pressing any button).
