LapTop/Home Computer Syncing

I am extremely frustrated with the lack of support that FitBit is not providing on this topic.  Many consumers used home computer to log food, because the cellphone is limited and it takes significantly longer to log it.  I have been shopping for a new product based on this feature being discontinued by FitBit; I have had FitBit since 2009.  I have had it since it rolled out; December 2009.  The fact that I was loyal all these years means nothing to the company, so if FitBit is unwilling to invest in their customers, then I am unwilling to invest in any of their new product.  3 out of the 7 of us living in my home have switched to the Garmin Forerunner 965, 1 of 7 have switched to the Applewatch.  2 out of 7 stopped wearing the watch all together, because the frustration of not getting what we paid for made them reconsider if the watch is even worth it, so they switched back to a regular watch.  I am the only hold out, so once my watch no longer keeps its charge, then I too will switch to the Garmin Forerunner 965.  15 years with FitBit this December means nothing to the company.

Hi @pmhoene  a forum member @TLeafTO has been sharing an alternative dashboard you can use from your computer. Here is a quote from their post:

There is an alternative web dashboard that was created by another Fitbit Community Member. It is every bit as good, if not better than the now defunct Fitbit Web Dashboard

I am wary of trying links; I will review it from a different computer with certain firmware

Thanks!
