I got problem with fuctionatily os Sense.
Tried to get help- email not possible but online chat is.
I even did factory reset after everyting else.
I used chat.
I told my device is totally dead cannot restart and I even did factory reset and restarted.
Got advice : change clock face.
Tried to explain the difficulty with not starting device to change clockface.
Then later I finally had success.
After factory reset we can proceed to question in fitbit app: "You already have fitbit device, do you want to replace it?"
I changed the question in my mind to the guestion:
"You have already Fitbit device do you want to replace it or start over the old one after factory reset?"
Then I did take option "replace". Then everything went perfectly the device was updated via wifi. (what about meaning of the word replace!)
