Yet another problem with my Fitbit Sense. Getting quite tired of this watch, especially after I missed the alarm for work!
the alarm on the watch only activates in soft mode, which I can barely even feel. I’ve set it to strong and even restarted the watch however when it vibrates it’s so soft I can barely feel it.
I’ve had this watch since May and have used the alarm pretty much on a daily basis and all of a sudden it’s just not working.

Hi, thank you for sharing that you've been experiencing this with your Sense watch, @aprilnemo.
I noticed there is a suggestion posted in the Feature Suggestion board of the Community to have a stronger vibration for the Fitbit Sense, so I recommend that you vote for this idea and add your feedback as well, since this helps the team of developers to keep track of popularity and demand over time: Add a stronger vibration option on the settings of Fitbit Sense.
However, if you feel the vibration hasn't been working properly just recently, make sure that you've also tried the restart procedure described here.
