My sense fell on the tiles while charging and now has yellow lines down the screen.  Not sure where to get it repaired in Sydney Australia.

Hi @Mermaid12  - unfortunately it can't be repaired.

However you could try a Shutdown from the watch Settings menu. Wait 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it.
