Like some others on here my Sense just suddenly locked up and started cycling between a blank screen and the logo screen. Contacted Fitbit Chat and they had me try a factory reset three times. Never made it past the logo on any attempt. They said someone would contact me via email about warranty options but since I bought it well over a year ago and on Amazon I'm not expecting anything to come of that. Just throwing it out here in case anyone is still experiencing the same thing. Fitbit's official response seems to be try to factory reset and if that doesn't work it's dead in the water. I pre-ordered a Sense 2 that doesn't ship until the end of September. Hoping I don't run into issues like this again.

Hi @SunsetRunner - are you confident in operating the button? It may be worth making several attempts at it.
Also in the Fitbit App try "+ Set up a Device" to see if it can locate it.
Did you update the firmware, get it wet recently?
Have you tried a factory reset while charging just in case there is a difference.
