My Fitbit data did not transfer when I moved my Fitbit account to Google. I followed on phone instructions, was plugged in, tried restarts etc. My phone and Sense 2 syncs fine.

Let me help you with the migration of your Fitbit account to google. Thank you for having followed the instructions of the process.
There's certainly no data loss when you move your Fitbit account to a Google account. Have you followed the steps from our help article How to move a Fitbit Account to a Google Account > My Fitbit to a Google Account?
It may be possible that you have created a new Fitbit account. Did you have to set up your device again? When you move your current Fitbit account to your current google account, this action is not required.
You can find out when your Fitbit account was created by following the instruction from our help article How do I manage my Fitbit profile? below the section "How do I see the date that I joined Fitbit?"
