Low battery notifications have disappeared

I used to get email notifications when my Sense battery hit 25%, but all of a sudden, that stopped.  I have reset my watch.  I have turned notifications off and on in the Android app.  I have turned notifications off and on in the web interface.  Nothing works any longer.

Hi, @jon_bondy , welcome to the community. The setting you need to check out is from the today screen touch your logo in the top left corner>notifications>slide up to email notifications"low battery" and set the slider to the "on" position. Return to the today screen and sync.

I hope this helps.

Cheers

@Gr4ndp4As I said in my description, I've done this more than once, but I did it again just now.  I'll let you know how it goes.

I have always had my notifications on for low battery and I’m still not getting any.

Same for me.

I noticed that, too. No email notifications about low battery anymore. Now battery is 14% and I haven't received any email notification. Last notification came on 13 September and since then I had to recharge it three times (under 15% of battery) but no notification happened.

I love Fitbit and have had many of the styles over the years.  However, I e noticed how communication from the cI ox my is not as good as it used to be.  I was able to call and talk to someone in the past. It’s disappointing.

@Gr4ndp4As I expected, your suggestion did nothing to help me. I continue to have the FitBit go below 25% charge without receiving an email notification, even though I was getting them up until recently.

Is there any way to complain directly to FitBit to fix this bug?!?

Does anyone know of a way to contact FitBit support?  I just took a survey which implied that this is possible, but I can't find any way to do this.  I suppose that is one way to keep people from complaining.
