I’ve been having so many issues! This device seems to have rolled out in Beta.
Anytime it's separated from my iPhone, I lose the ability to sync. I also have to reconfigure Voice Assistant again. The sync is the biggest issue. I've followed all the recommendations, to the letter, no luck. Interestingly Sense doesn't allow you to 'forget' it's Bluetooth. After the first attempt, it removes the (i) icon and you're stuck with the permanent connection. So bad for such an expensive device. I wouldn't recommend buying one.
