'Manage Devices' is NOT Recognizing my Samsung Note 10+

Sense friends, I just checked for any updates on my Samsung Note 10+ and I am running the latest software, on my Sense I am running version 44.128.1.42.  When I go into settings> vibration & audio> manage devices, my Sense "searches" and my phone never comes up.  When I log into Spotify on my Fitbit App and then try to access Spotify directly from my Sense the "Connect to a Device " screen comes up and my phone is NOT on that screen either (but my Firestick is??!?) BUT if I start Spotify on my phone and then look at my Sense, its looks at though my phone is on there as the device playing the music. This may be 2 separate problems but I feel like when I have had similar problems in the past with my Fitbits and my phones its always been related.  Please help!

I have tried....... factory resetting my Sense (2x), removing the Sense from Fitbit app (2x), removing and re-adding the Sense (both Controls and just Sense) to my bluetooth, powering on and off both Sense and phone multiple times......  I am beginning to think I am doomed to forever have issues with Fitbits and my phone. UGH. Please help!

Is your headphone or phone's Bluetooth in discovery mode?

Yes, I am hitting "scan" on my phone's bluetooth menu at the same time the Sense is "searching".....

Did you enable "Music Controls"?

Your phone want show up as it's already paired.

It was pairing earlier and now the "Waiting to pair" just circles and then I get a failed to pair notification but on my phone's bluetooth it says "Sense Connected".  What does your Fitbit show under "Manage Devices"?

I think you have a lemon. Return to Fitbit and get another Sense. It should connect with no problems.
