I use a Fitbit watch at night & Apple Watch during day. I love the Fitbit food logging process & data screens. So I have to manually add my exercises & sync Fitbit app as close as possible to the Apple Watch/Health data. I’ve been doing this for years & only recently this seems to now have glitches. Such as calories keep replacing what I enter with an auto calculation that is not even close with what I’m trying to enter.
