I was following the older thread but want to reopen this issue.

I have the widget in my sense but it is only accurate when I have my period or am ovulating. As soon as its supposed to say X days until next period it automatically says zero.  Meanwhile if I open the app it clearly states I'm on day 20 of my 30 day cycle.  Aka 10 days until my period.  And if I open the fitbit app on my phone it also says 10 days.

Have had this issue since day 1, but with the updates and then getting my cycle it seemed to be fixed but it is clear it is not. 

I would assume its a simple code fix, but please guys. No girl wants to see her period is due every single day when its not.

Mine says the same thing.  I've contacted fitbit and they tell me the same thing over and over again. I've restarted and done everything but can't get a answer as to why it isn't displaying properly.  It's frustrating since this watch is expensive and you can't get answers. Figure it out fitbit.

Update : Although I never heard anything from fitbit support with the new software update that came last week mine is currently working.  But I need to go through a full cycle to confirm.  But right now its correct saying I am X amount of days until my period. But need to confirm the actual period and ovulation hasn't been affected.

So has anyone received anything from fitbit support and this issue?  Seems like this is a ongoing problem and a lot of people aren't happy with not getting any results.  I've done everything support told me to do and it's still not working. I dont understand why It's saying 30846 days before fertile window. Ummm what??

I was just having the same issue today...12.21.22.  I noticed my watch was no longer showing me how many days until my next period.  I went into settings and toggled a couple of things and when I went back to my watch it said 30,363 days until my next fertility window.  Huh???  Why wasn't it showing days until my next period.  I tried everything.  The only thing I found that worked was going into my phone settings and switching off Blue Tooth and then switching it back on.  Now my fitbit says 9 days until my next period.  Halleluiah!!!
