Microphone issues

For the first few weeks of having my Fitbit sense I was able to hold the side button and the voice command would pop up and I could use it. I'd mainly use it to set timers. Well recently I go to try and ask it a question or ask it to set a timer and it's not even picking up my voice. I've tried resetting, checking for updates, logging out of the app, making sure my microphone is on, and just checking every setting possibly can. Nothing is working and my Fitbit isn't picking up what I'm saying. Has anyone else had issues with this?

Hi @kernmegan let's swipe to settings, tap, Vibration & Audio. Make sure that the mike is turned on.

My Sense is doing same thing! I have reset & rebooted, Uninstalled app & reinstalled, Cleared Cache, turned microphone off & on again in settings! Still my microphone isn't picking up my voice! I have also turned off Google assistant on on again! Still it doesn't hear me! Google assistant pops up when I select it or hold button But it says listening! It did work fine up until few days ago! But now nothing!
