I bought the new fitbit sense back in April and by August my Mic stopped working so I contacted fitbit and they sent me a new sense. Well guess what just happened my microphone stopped working on this one too 😡😡😡 I see there are several people complaining of the same issue I think it's time for either a recall or something because without the Mic working you don't get to utilize all the fitbit senses features. One of the main reasons I got the sense was cuz you can receive calls on your watch and send and receive texts but without a Mic those features don't work. Please figure this out fitbit.

I trust you have gone to the "Settings" app on your Sense - scroll down and tap on "Vibration & Audio" - scroll down to "Microphone" - ensure it's toggled to on.
