Hi all
I know there have been other case about this. But I can't seem to find any solution yet.
Anyone has any update/solution on this issue?
I tried all the troubleshooting, my mic is turned on and when I get a call I can hear well the person speaking, but they can't hear me. Same with Google assist, it can't hear me either.
My mic is clean, I erased the whole watch and connected it again and again, shut it down and open it. I literally did EVERYTHING suggested everywhere with no luck.
I had issues of other sorts with my watch when I got it a few months ago, they sent me a new one and the issues were still there in and off but less of a pain, never had issues with my mic though, until just now...I even changed phone to see if the issue was with my phone, and nop!
Please help!

Hi @Emilyferland.
As it seems as though you have tried all of the troubleshooting measures, I think your only option is to contact customer support (here) as it could potentially be a hardware issue.
