I have been experiencing the same issues others have reported - text notifications are not coming through. I have tried EVERYTHING suggested: uninstalling the app, replacing the sense as a device within the app, restarting phone, restarting fitbit. I am super frustrated. Anything else I can try?
I'm on android samsung btw.

Hi, @stlmom2, welcome, In your phone app touch your icon in the top left corner of the "Today" screen>"Sense" tile>notifications. Ensure the slider in the top right is in the "on" position, touch "text messages" and select the service you want, ensure the slider in the top right is in the "on" position. Set the other notification as you desire. Return to the "Today" screen and sync.
Go into the Fitbit app in your phone app tray and ensure the battery-saving function is disabled (it's in "Battery" set it to unrestricted)
